The Hi-Tech Composite Structures manufacturing operations are divided into mold-making, lay-up, structural fabrication, RTM, assembly, and finishing/shipping areas. The company’s modern facilities is on three acres with two 15,000 sq.ft. manufacturing / storage buildings.
HTCS maintains a large in-house mold inventory that includes many different textures and/or features that are important in cosmetic replication of the existing building or structure surfaces. This allows us to produce screening in shorter lead times without sacrificing the top quality and appearance of our products. A few unique features and textures available include faux brick, stonework faces, clock-towers, wood/metal siding reproductions, aged surfaces, architectural roofing, and much more. We have over 14 different brick molds alone. This is a big plus in relation to some competitive vendors who merely paint the brick or other texture surfaces.
